What can I expect?

• From the time of hire— you have unlimited email and text support for any your questions Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm.

• Enjoy three 90 minutes prenatal planning sessions in the video platform of your choice.

• Each prenatal session will focus on birth and postpartum planning. This is done via an online birth preference worksheet and generates a birth plan for the hospital and a postpartum plan for the whole family after the baby arrives.

• This also includes complimentary pregnancy and parent support groups. As well as discounted education and practitioner referrals in the community.

• If you find you would like to continue this support into your labor, you may inquire about hiring your Doula for your birth, it is possible they can accomodate your family even if it’s last minute. Your investment from your prenatal sessions would be applied to the total cost of labor support.

What can I expect?

• Everything included in Virtual Prenatal Sessions!

• Your Digital Doula will go on call for you 24/7 starting at 37 weeks— until you deliver.

• You may contact them at any point for informational and emotional support during your pregnancy.

• Phone/video/text triage (24/7) during early & active labor.

  • Answering questions about sensations and normalizing the labor process

  • Coaching and confidence for your birth support to rely on

  • Guidance with labor positioning suggestions for comfort and efficiency

  • Reminders on when and how to conserve energy

  • Guidance on when to leave for the hospital/birth center or when to call the midwives for a home delivery

• Your Virtual Doula is on call for you up to six weeks postpartum. You can expect to receive everything included in the Virtual Postpartum Package.

One time Postpartum Support call

• One 60 minute scheduled postpartum virtual visit with an available Doula

• One email followup

• Access to weekly online parent support groups with lactation/feeding support via an IBCLC

• Basic breastfeeding support and guidance on when to seek professional help

• Get answers about newborn care, sleep, baby wearing, swaddling, soothing your baby, postpartum recovery, referrals to appropriate resources, etc.

$600 - 6 weeks of postpartum care with your hired doula

Who is this for?

Parents seeking consistent emotional and informational support that comes with working with a professional postpartum doula throughout the first weeks after birth.

What can I expect?

• Complimentary 45 minute consult.

• One 60-90 minute planning session prior to 37 weeks

• Unlimited virtual support from time of hire to six weeks postpartum

• Weekly 60-90 minute postpartum check-ins with your Doula

• Access to weekly online Brave Birth New Parent support group with Lactation/feeding support via an IBCLC

• Basic breastfeeding support and guidance on when to seek professional help

• Get answers about newborn care, sleep, baby wearing, swaddling, soothing your baby, postpartum recovery, referrals to appropriate resources, etc.

• Answers to postpartum recovery questions and referrals to appropriate resources as needed
