Will my Doula be able to support our family in-person?
Most likely, yes!! We are currently able to support you at all hospitals and birth centers in the Portland, Vancouver and surrounding areas.

What kind of safety precautions will our Doula be taking?
In addition to your Doula adhering to CDC guidelines, they will also be taking their temperature daily and are happy to disclose their points of potential exposure. When present your Doula will remain masked and six feet apart when physical support is not essential.

How will we prepare for birth and postpartum with our Doula?
We’ll do this online or in-person. Some Doulas prefer to meet families outside for their prenatal sessions as well. You and your Doula will decide which feels best.

How will I connect with other families?
Community is vital during this season, even if it is only online. We have a variety of classes to help you prepare— as well as a New Parent Group, with breast and bottle feeding support.
